"Ive been a State Farm customer for 27 years, and have never received worse customer service than I have from this office. From Robert initially being unwilling to help or to pass me to an office manager, to Dave who wouldn’t stop speaking over me and then hung up on me when I asked to speak to Joe. This was on Tuesday. I still haven’t heard from Joe and it’s been 2 full days, maybe posting this will get a response! There are other agents in the area, I’d recommend going there."
