"I just want to express to everyone, NEVER use State Farm Insurance!! I have prided myself to have NEVER had a traffic ticket OR cause an accident in all the years I have been driving!! I have held full coverage on all my vehicles and have been with them many, many years, faithfully! I was the unfortunate one to have my Mustang totaled by a total idiot that was caught on police dashcam! Then, almost 2 years later I was stopped in center turning lane waiting to turn left and was hit head on at over 45 mph by another total idiot and he hit 3 other cars! Injured my mother badly, she still suffers from it! Neither accident was my fault, an yet State Farm decided they would not renew my policy almost 2 years AFTER my 2 accidents!! Please, do NOT use State Farm!!!!"

"Dealing with State Farm has been an absolute nightmare. From the moment I signed up, I was bombarded by fast-talking reps throwing out different figures and constantly changing rates. One month, my premium was $700, and the next pay period (6months later) $1300, it mysteriously increased without any clear explanation. On top of that, they made mistakes that ended up costing me DMV violations, and guess what? They shrugged it off and left me to deal with the consequences while happily taking my money. Their so-called “customer service” is atrocious. It feels like teenagers are answering the phones, reading from scripts, and giving vague, unhelpful answers. If you can’t actually solve my problem, then why even pick up the phone? All they do is transfer you around in circles, and in the end, nothing gets resolved. State Farm does not care about their customers. They care about taking your money and leaving you in the dust when their incompetence causes problems. Save yourself the headache and go with literally any other insurance company. This is not “like a good neighbor” — this is like the neighbor who ruins your lawn and refuses to fix it. Avoid them at all costs!"
